EVOAligner Advanced was developed for dentists looking for an efficient and versatile orthodontic solution for moderately complex cases. Offering up to 40 aligners, it is ideal for more comprehensive treatments without compromising aesthetics and comfort.

Limitations
EVOAligner Advanced is effective for most moderately complex treatments, but has some restrictions:
❌ Cases of severe crowding – If the misalignment is very pronounced, a larger number of aligners may be necessary.
❌ Severe crossbite – Complex crossbites may require a more refined plan or additional orthopedics.
❌ Severe overjet – Patients with extreme incisor projection may require aids such as intermaxillary elastics.
❌ Severe open bite – Cases involving abnormal bone growth may require a more detailed plan.
❌ Cases requiring extensive root movement – For more profound changes in tooth position, a superior plane is recommended.
❌ Patients with significant distalization or expansion needs – For complex bone movements, a plan with greater refinement may be more appropriate.
❌ Severe Class II/III correction without aids – A more complete plan or the use of elastics may be necessary.
